Home / Practice Areas / DUI Defense
Your license, your livelihood, and your record — and a Department of Licensing deadline that runs whether or not you have a lawyer.
Overview
A DUI arrest starts two separate cases. One is criminal, in district or municipal court. The other is administrative, at the Department of Licensing, and it moves on its own schedule with its own deadline. Missing it costs you your license regardless of what happens in court.
We handle both. The DOL hearing is also the first real look at the State’s evidence, and what we develop there frequently drives the criminal case.
Consultations are free and confidential. Call during business hours or send a message any time.
