Car & Truck Accident Attorneys

The Insurance Company Is Not On Your Side

Within days of a collision, the other driver’s insurance company has opened a file, assigned an adjuster, and started building a reason to pay you less. The adjuster may call sounding helpful. They may ask for a recorded statement. They may offer a quick check before anyone knows how badly you are hurt. Every one of those steps serves the insurer, not you.

Our job is to take that fight off your plate. We handle the insurers — theirs and yours. We gather the police report, the medical records, and the evidence, and we document what the crash has actually cost you: medical bills, lost wages, future treatment, and what you have been put through. We push for a settlement that reflects the full picture. When an insurer will not be reasonable, we file suit and prepare the case for trial.

You pay nothing up front and no attorney fee unless we recover for you. Consultations are free, and we will tell you plainly whether we think you have a case.

How Washington Law Works For You

Washington follows comparative fault: even if you were partly to blame, you can still recover, reduced by your share. Insurers know that rule and use it to shift as much blame onto you as they can. We push back with the evidence — the report, the photographs, the witnesses, and when it matters, a reconstruction of what happened.

Your own policy matters too. Many Washington drivers carry Personal Injury Protection, which pays medical bills regardless of fault, and underinsured motorist coverage that steps in when the at-fault driver’s policy is too small to cover what happened to you. We sort out which coverage applies, in what order, and make sure none of it is left on the table.

Why Timing Matters

Washington generally allows three years from the date of a collision to file a lawsuit, but the practical deadlines come much sooner. Evidence disappears, vehicles are repaired or scrapped, and witnesses move. The earlier we start, the more we have to work with.

Right Now

What To Do After A Crash

  • Get medical care right away, even if you feel fine — some injuries take days to show
  • Report the crash and get the police report number
  • Photograph the vehicles, the scene, and your injuries
  • Get names and phone numbers for every witness
  • Do not give a recorded statement to the other driver’s insurer
  • Do not sign anything or accept a check before talking to a lawyer
  • Keep every bill, receipt, and record of missed work

If an adjuster is already calling, you do not have to talk to them. Call us instead, and we will take it from there.
